Jet ski Valencia 2026: prices, deposit, what's included

Valencia sells thirteen ways onto the sea in 2026, and the numbers on them run from €50 to €390. They do not measure the same thing: €85 buys a jet ski, €175 buys a seat on one, €300 buys a whole boat. Below is every price we could verify in September 2026, the unit each is charged in, and the arithmetic for groups of one, two, three, four, six and eight.

How much does a jet ski cost in Valencia in 2026?

From €83. That is the September 2026 floor across four operators, and it buys thirty minutes with the craft to yourself or shared with one other rider. Half an hour is €83 at JetskiValencia and €85 at both Blueseanautic and LowCostCharter; the hour is €140 at Blueseanautic and €140 at Jet Ski Alfa Náutica. None of the four asks for a licence, and all four put an instructor or guide on the water with you.

Blueseanautic — €85 for half an hour at Marina Real

Blueseanautic rents from Marina Real Juan Carlos I inside the supervised coastal zone off the city, which is what makes riding without a navigation licence possible. The rate is €85 per jet ski for up to two riders, with a qualified instructor, fuel, life jacket, insurance and a safety briefing included. Rated 4.9 across 1,198 reviews.

The same operator's full hour is €140 per jet ski, again for up to two. Ride photos, a seasonal wetsuit and transfers are outside both rates. Drivers must be 16 or older; passengers ride from age 6 with an adult on the same machine.

JetskiValencia — €83 for the La Patacona route from Marina Norte

The cheapest verified half hour is the guided La Patacona route at €83 per jet ski for up to two riders, on Yamahas out of Marina Port València. The operator's booking page, checked on 22 September 2026, sets a minimum age of 16 for the route. Rated 4.6 across 497 reviews.

On that page the €83 is shown struck through from €90, and two longer guided routes are published: the 60-minute Alboraya loop from €140 and the 90-minute run to Port Saplaya from €200. Self-drive jet-ski rental for an hour is listed from €140, a paddle board for an hour from €15 and a motorboat for an hour from €130. LowCostCharter — €85 for half an hour from Pobla Marina

LowCostCharter runs its half hour from Pobla Marina at La Pobla de Farnals, north of the city, at €85 per jet ski for up to two riders. The excursion heads south to Port Saplaya, the pastel-canal «Little Venice», with a photo break at the fishing harbour. Ride photos come free, as do third-party insurance and extra cover. Jet Ski Alfa Náutica — €140 for the hour on a Sea-Doo

Alfa Náutica works the same Marina Real Juan Carlos I pontoons as Blueseanautic and asks €140 per jet ski for a full hour, up to two riders, on Sea-Doo machines with a professional instructor on the water. A 20-minute marina spin and a 40-minute beginner excursion are also listed, without prices. Rated 4.8 across 912 reviews.

Five offers, four operators, three marinas — why one price and three shores?

Because the machine and the half hour are the commodity; the coast is not. Marina Real Juan Carlos I, the city's main marina, is home to Blueseanautic and Alfa Náutica — about 15 minutes by car from the centre, 17 from Malvarrosa, 19 from El Saler, 21 from the airport. Marina Port València, also called Marina Norte, is JetskiValencia's base, with Patacona and Alboraya beaches straight ahead. Pobla Marina, LowCostCharter's berth, sits in another town about 12 kilometres up the coast: a shorter run to Port Saplaya, at the cost of the drive.

Why is one Valencia jet ski €175 and another €85?

Because €175 is not a jet-ski price, it is a seat price. The rentals above charge per craft however many people climb on. The guided tour charges per person, and the operator says so plainly: two riders sharing one ski on that tour pay €350 between them.

«Valencia Norte» — €175 per person for two hours

The guided «Valencia Norte» tour costs €175 per person for two hours up the north coast with Blueseanautic: a photo stop at Port Saplaya, a swim straight off the jet ski in the sheltered bay at El Puig, and a full-throttle run home. Four skis plus the guide, eight guests maximum, action-cam footage of the route included and sent within three to five days. Gathering 9:30 at Marina Real Juan Carlos I, on the water at 10:00.

Drone filming is the one paid extra: €100 per jet ski, or €300 for all four skis. Food, drinks and transfers are not included. A full group of eight pays €1,400 — four jet skis at €350 each.

What does a group of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 actually pay?

Per-craft formats assume two riders per machine, so three people need two jet skis and eight need four. Per-person formats multiply. Per-boat formats do not move until you pass the capacity — which is where a €300 charter quietly becomes the cheapest line here. A dash means the format caps out below that group size.

Read the extremes. Eight people on the guided tour pay €1,400; eight people on four half-hour rentals pay €340. Six on the HOKUA charter pay €300 for the boat, €50 each for three hours — the same per head as a two-hour class, with the boat to themselves. Four on a Valencia Wake session pay €120 between them, €30 each. Two on the kitesurf course pay €780, because tuition never splits.

Is the hour better value than the half hour?

Clearly. Thirty minutes at €85 works out at €170 per hour of riding; the hour at €140 is €140. You pay €55 more for twice the time, cutting the per-hour rate by roughly 18%. The €83 half hour is €166 per hour on the same maths. For two riders the €140 hour is €70 each; the €85 half hour is €42.50 each, or €85 per person per hour.

What is cheapest for a group of four?

The per-boat formats. Four people need two jet skis, so the half hour costs the group €170 and the hour €280. Four in a HOKUA class pay €200; four on the guided tour pay €700. Four on a Valencia Wake session pay €120 for the boat, and four on a HOKUA Classic charter pay €300 for three hours — €75 each, less per head than one hour on a shared jet ski. HOKUA class — €50 per person for two hours

The two-hour HOKUA class costs €50 per person behind a Mastercraft wake boat off Marina Real Juan Carlos I, in a group of at most six. Pick wakesurf, wakeboard or wakefoil and get three rounds of about seven minutes; board, wetsuit, life jacket, boat and driver, certified instructor and insurance are included, photos and video are an add-on. HOKUA charter — €300 per boat for three hours

The private Wake Charter keeps the same boat for your group alone for three hours at €300 per boat on the Classic option, up to ten aboard, music and drinks from the first wave, life jackets and insurance included.

Adventure, which adds a banana tow, a floating platform, a wakeboard and a SUP, is listed at €390 for the same three hours. Food is not included on either. Split between ten guests, the Classic charter is €30 each.

Valencia Wake — €120 per boat for thirty minutes

Valencia Wake charges €120 per boat for a thirty-minute session with up to four aboard, a skipper at the wheel and an instructor coaching first-timers onto the board. Sessions run from thirty minutes to four hours, with towable wake toys, music and a cooler aboard; food, drinks and transfers are extra. Rated 4.8 across 22 reviews.

So one learner pays €50 and shares the boat with five strangers; six friends pay €300 for three hours, also €50 each, with no strangers and an hour more; four friends in a hurry pay €120, €30 each. The per-person number only means something next to the group size.

Kite and windsurf: why €390 and €50 only compare per hour

Kitezone — €390 for a fifteen-hour initiation course

The Kitezone initiation course costs €390 per person across fifteen hours and several sessions, in groups of no more than two, with the instructor talking you through a radio helmet. The school's page, checked on 22 September 2026, confirms both the figure and the duration and lists the kit: kite, board, harness, wetsuit, vest and helmet. Rated 4.3 across 23 reviews.

Two things from that page. The school runs a money-back guarantee — you pay only for lessons actually taken, and if the wind fails the hours are not consumed but roll to another day until the contracted hours are used. And there is a nine-hour advanced course for riders who already sail both ways, with no published price. Teaching follows the IKO and FVCV systems; the school has been on this coast for over twenty years.

Ocean Republik — €50 for a two-hour windsurf class

Ocean Republik charges €50 per person for a two-hour windsurf class in groups of up to four, at the Marina de València on the Malvarrosa side. The same school teaches wingfoil, surf and SUP with certified instructors and includes board, rig, wetsuit and insurance; photos and transfers are extra. Rated 4.8 across 386 reviews.

The per-hour maths: €390 over fifteen hours is €26 an hour with all the kit and a two-student cap; €50 over two hours is €25 an hour in a group of four. One euro apart — except the course carries you to riding independently and the class is a taster. The gap in the sticker price is duration, not rate.

A first dive in Valencia: €65 or €89?

Two PADI centres, two prices, the same idea: a guided first dive to about twelve metres, no experience or certification needed, all equipment and insurance included. What differs is the group cap and the harbour you drive to.

El Mar de Valencia — €65 per person

The Discover Scuba dive with El Mar de Valencia costs €65 per person, runs about two hours from briefing to debrief, takes no more than four divers and goes to around twelve metres off the Real Club Náutico. Participants from age 10. The centre is a PADI IDC 5-star operation at Marina Valencia Mar, registered as CB-120-V. Rated 4.5 across 667 reviews.

If it takes, the centre's published ladder is the next thing to know: Open Water €295, Advanced Open Water €295, Rescue €295, Divemaster €490, a refresher at €125, technical courses from €230 for Tec Basics up to €550 for Tec 50, specialities from €150, and a baptism dive on the sunken ship at five metres listed separately at €85. Buceo Valencia — €89 per person

The sea baptism dive with Buceo Valencia costs €89 per person, VAT included, runs two hours in groups of up to six and drops to roughly twelve metres along the Levante coast from Pobla Marina. The school has taught since 1997, certified more than 8,000 divers and holds PADI 5-star IDC and Eco Center status. Rated 4.7 across 589 reviews.

The €24 between them buys nothing under water — same depth, same length. It buys a different harbour: one beside the city's yacht club, one twelve kilometres north. Buceo Valencia lists its courses without prices, so the first-dive figure is the only number to plan on.

The terms of the deal

Deposit

JetskiValencia is the only operator here that publishes one: 50% of the price confirms the booking, by card or bank transfer, and the rest is paid on the day in cash or by card. On the €83 half hour that is about €41.50 up front, and the operator asks you to arrive fifteen minutes early with your reference. Blueseanautic, LowCostCharter, Alfa Náutica, HOKUA, Valencia Wake, Kitezone, Ocean Republik, El Mar de Valencia and Buceo Valencia publish no deposit figure — ask when you book.

What the price includes

On all four jet-ski rentals: the craft and its fuel, a life jacket, insurance and a briefing with an instructor. LowCostCharter adds free ride photos and lists third-party plus extra cover. The €175 tour adds a guide on his own ski and action-cam footage of the route. The wake class includes boat, driver, instructor, board, wetsuit, life jacket and insurance; the charter includes boat, skipper, music and drinks. The kite course includes the full kit and a radio helmet. Both dives include a PADI instructor, all equipment and insurance.

What it does not include

Transfers, on every option here. Ride photos at Blueseanautic, Alfa Náutica and JetskiValencia, and the seasonal wetsuit on the rentals. Food and drinks on the guided tour, the Valencia Wake session and the HOKUA charter. Photos and video on the wake class, the kite course and both dives. Certification on both dives — a first dive is an experience, not a card. Drone filming on the tour costs €100 per jet ski, €300 for all four.

Who pays if the jet ski is damaged?

None of the five jet-ski offers publishes a damage excess, a franchise or a security hold. All list insurance as included — LowCostCharter specifies third-party plus additional cover, the others simply say «insurance». That is not the same as saying the rider is off the hook, so get the excess in writing before you sign. For scale, in the same catalogue a self-drive motorboat at Arrecife Boats does state a refundable deposit of €300, which is the shape such an answer usually takes.

Minimum age

Drivers from 16 at Blueseanautic and Alfa Náutica, passengers from 6 with an adult on the same machine. JetskiValencia states 16 on its La Patacona page. The El Mar de Valencia first dive takes participants from age 10. Kitezone, Ocean Republik, HOKUA and Valencia Wake publish no age limit but require confident swimming — give the age when you book.

Cancellation and weather

JetskiValencia publishes the clearest policy: a refund if the operator cancels for weather, offered first as a change of activity or date; no refund if the customer cancels, and none if the activity is stopped because guests are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs or ignore the guide. Blueseanautic moves the tour to another date when conditions are unsafe. Alfa Náutica, LowCostCharter, HOKUA, Valencia Wake and Ocean Republik offer a date change or a full refund when they reschedule for safety. Kitezone does not charge for hours not taken. El Mar de Valencia states that course fees are not refunded if a student withdraws voluntarily.

Do you need a licence in Valencia in 2026?

Not for a jet ski, and not for anything on this page. All four jet-ski operators state that no navigation licence is required, because the rides stay inside a supervised coastal zone or run behind a guide, after a briefing. Wake, kite, windsurf and diving are taught activities with an instructor and need no licence either.

The licence question belongs to boat hire, and there it has a deadline. Until 30 September 2026 a boat under 5 metres with an engine of up to 15 CV may be hired without a qualification: no further than 2 nautical miles from the port, in daylight only, from the age of 18. From 1 October 2026 RD 1188/2025 requires the person hiring the boat to hold the relevant certificate. The rule reaches self-drive boat rental and nothing else — jet skis are not affected, and neither is any departure with a skipper aboard, because there the qualification is the skipper's.
