Two hours is enough for the safety theory and kite control on the beach, usually with a body drag in the water if the wind cooperates — it is a way to find out whether you want the full 15-hour course before paying for it.
Kite School Egypt is a Slovak-Czech school on the lagoon between Hurghada and El Gouna, at the Palma Resort on the Ismaileya road — roughly 20–30 km north of central Hurghada. It holds 4.9 on Google from 196 reviews as of 3 September 2026. One thing it does promise on the course page: 'you do not pay for unused course hours and days without wind'. What the course page does not do is itemise inclusions — equipment, certificate — so we do not either; we ask the school in writing before you commit.
