Hurghada, Egypt · 8h 30min · $45 per person · EN
A very well organized trip. The boat was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was great, and the guide Nasser was lovely and helpful. A real team of professional. The lunch was good and so were the activities on board. Orange Bay is gorgeous! 😍 The only thing I would change, is hire a female massage therapist as well, because some women don’t like being massaged by men. Overall, I highly recommend this excursion.
What is this tour like?
This is a group trip: you buy a seat, not the boat, and share the day with other guests. That is the difference from a private speedboat, where one price covers the whole boat and the group is yours. Here a single traveller or a couple pays $45 each, a child $23 and an infant $5, and the price already covers the parts that usually add up: hotel pickup and drop-off in Hurghada, a buffet lunch on board, unlimited soft drinks, hot drinks and snacks, snorkelling equipment, life jackets, one massage per guest, the marine fee and tax.
The published slot runs from 07:30 to 16:00. The boat leaves Hurghada Marina for Orange Bay, the beach club in the Giftun Islands national park, with 75 minutes ashore, then stops for snorkelling in the Giftun Islands and off Abu Rimathi island, with lunch served on board between them. Drinks bought on the island are not included. Royal Cruise Hurghada holds 4.9 on Google from 233 reviews (15 September 2026).

“It was a very nice trip. We were one of the first groups on Orange Bay, so we had plenty of space there. Then we went snorkelling, and anyone who wanted could dive for 10 euros with tanks, accompanied by an experienced diver. The food was very tasty. At the end there was a round on the banana boat. Happy to come again.”
“We had an unforgettable holiday experience with the Royal Cruise crew. From the start, everyone was looked after. Andrew was a great guide who also explained everything to us in German. The transfer was easy... we were picked up from our hotel and brought back in a smart air-conditioned van. On board everything went great. Snacks and soft drinks were included. Lunch was a buffet... salads, pasta, rice, chicken, shrimps, fish, which was also included. ...”
