Excellent guides and tour organization. A guide picked you up from your hotel by bus in the morning. Transfer to the pier. We went on a boat and stopped at islands for snorkeling. What is this tour like?
Sea walking is the activity that appears as a paid extra on other Phu Quoc island-hopping trips; Red River sells it as a product in its own right. The journey takes about four hours, with a start at 10:30 or 13:30 and a finish at 13:30 or 15:30. You are collected from your hotel, taken to the harbour and out to the Ocean World coral park at Hòn Rỏi and Hòn Dừa. In the water you get 15 to 20 minutes either walking on the sea floor in a helmet or scuba diving, with one instructor per guest.
The price line is headed 'adult ticket' — 1,350,000 VND for the standard Seawalker package — so the unit is per person. The child rate is not published: the operator writes that children have specific physical requirements and asks you to contact them. Included are the Seawalker or scuba experience itself, the transfer from your hotel and one 500 ml bottle of water per guest. A transfer surcharge of 100,000 VND per guest applies to hotels outside Dương Đông (Ông Lang, Cây Sao, Hàm Ninh). One thing the operator states in writing and which is unusually clear for this island: in bad weather — rough seas, waves that make diving unsafe — Red River may cancel the schedule on its own initiative and refund the tour price. Red River holds 4.1 on Google from 363 reviews as of 4 September 2026, and guides work in Vietnamese and English.

“Shelby made the tour so wonderful. He was professional and super kind. The tour was amazing and we had a lot of fun during our family trip. The islands were beautiful and we did snorkeling for two times. The snorkeling was held in the middle of the sea, not the beach area, so you should not have fear of deep water if you want to do snorkeling of this tour. Also the lunch was great even though on the boat.”
“I joined the Red River Tour on 29.12.2025 for a four-island trip, and it was a great experience. On two of the islands we went snorkeling, and on one island I paid extra for the sea-walking activity, where you can walk on the sea floor using a special helmet. It was really good fun and something unique. On the last island, we enjoyed dinner and had free time to relax, which was a nice way to end the day. The tour guides were top class - pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, and the service was excellent throughout the tour.”
