Phuket has more beach clubs than any other Thai island, and almost none of them will tell you what a day costs until you are standing at the door. We went through fourteen of them: the Google rating and review count for each, the opening hours from the operator's own page, and the cheapest entry the club actually publishes.
The short version of what we found: three clubs out of fourteen put a number on their website. The other eleven either send you to a booking form, or have no site of their own, or block our server outright.
In short
the ranking below is by review count among clubs rated 4.3 and above, and every figure in it comes from raw HTML on the operator's site or from the Google Places API on 3 September 2026.
What this ranking is ranked by
By the number of Google reviews, among clubs holding a rating of 4.3 or higher. Nothing else. Not our taste, not the photos, not who paid for what.
It is a blunt instrument and we say so: review count measures how many people passed through and bothered to write, not how good the cocktails are. But it is the one number about a beach club that anyone can check in thirty seconds, and it cannot be argued with over dinner. The rating cut-off at 4.3 keeps out places that many people visited and few people liked.

Only three clubs publish a price
Carpe Diem in Bang Tao is the cheapest way in that we could confirm, and also the clearest: the site prints a price for every kind of seat and marks which season it belongs to. A pool deck sofa is ฿500 ≈ $14 per guest until 31 October 2026, and the whole ฿500 comes back as food and drink credit. A lounge chair is ฿1,000 ≈ $28, a bed or a cabana ฿2,000 ≈ $55, half of it back as credit.
Then the same page shows what happens on 1 November 2026. The sofa goes to ฿4,000 ≈ $111, the lounge chair to ฿3,000 ≈ $83, beds and the pool deck to ฿6,000 ≈ $166. That is a six- to eightfold jump, published months ahead — worth knowing before you plan a November trip around a beach club you priced in September. Minimum age is 15, and a booking for one person is charged as two.
Nora Beach Club in Cherng Talay is the second. A bean bag is ฿1,000 ≈ $28 per person with ฿800 ≈ $22 of food and drink credit, a single sun bed ฿1,200 ≈ $33 with ฿1,000 ≈ $28 credit, a VIP bed for up to three ฿4,000 ≈ $111, a family cabana for four or five ฿5,000 ≈ $139. The day pass runs to 18:00 and towel rental is ฿300 ≈ $8 with a ฿200 ≈ $6 deposit.
YONA is the third, and the only one that sells passes rather than furniture: ฿3,000 ≈ $83 for the morning, ฿4,000 ≈ $111 for the full day, ฿2,000 ≈ $55 for the ladies pass, ฿1,500 ≈ $42 for a child. Half of each comes back as credit. Everyone else — Café del Mar, KUDO, Tann, Barra Cuda, GOAT, Catch, Fira, Solis — publishes menus, hours and photographs, and no entry price at all.
The floating one
One club in the table is not on a beach at all. YONA sits at anchor in the bay off Phuket's east coast, four levels high, and there is no road to it: you check in at a pier and a shuttle boat runs out every 20 minutes, with the crossing inside the ticket price. The last shuttle out leaves at 17:00, which quietly sets the latest hour you can still start a day there.
The pier moves with the season. Between 30 March and 15 November 2026 it is Royal Phuket Marina, which has parking; between 16 November 2026 and 4 April 2027 it moves to Patong Pier, which has none, so the operator recommends arriving by taxi. Worth checking the date before you drive.

The club splits the day in two, and the split is strict: the morning package runs 9:30 to 14:00 and takes children from age 4, the afternoon package runs 14:00 to 21:30 and is 20 and over. They do not join up — staying past 14:00 means buying the second one.
A strict smart-casual dress code applies from the moment you board the shuttle, and swimming in the sea around the club is forbidden; the swimming is in the pools. A day pass at YONA runs from ฿3,000 ≈ $83 per guest.
Where they are
Six of the fourteen sit on one stretch of sand. Bang Tao and neighbouring Cherng Talay hold Carpe Diem, GOAT, Catch, XANA, RAVA and Nora — a beach club every few hundred metres, which is why the area gets called Phuket's club coast. If you want to compare two or three in an afternoon without a taxi between them, this is the only place on the island where that works.
Patong has the two loudest and latest: KUDO and Barra Cuda, the latter open until 01:00. Karon has Tann and Fira, and Kamala has Café del Mar, which carries more Google reviews than any other club on the list by a wide margin — 8,630 against Kudo's 5,670.
Two sit apart. The Coral Beach Club is on Koh Hae, the island off Rawai, so getting there is a boat trip in itself. And YONA is in the bay on the east side, the only club on the list that is not on the Andaman coast at all.
Two things worth knowing before you book
Important
the domain paradisebeachphuket.com, which search engines still return for Paradise Beach in Patong, no longer serves a beach page. On 3 September 2026 it returned an online casino in Thai. The place itself exists and holds 4.0 with 5,025 Google reviews — below our 4.3 cut, which is why it is not in the table — but do not take booking details or prices from that domain.
The second: Baba Beach Club, which comes up in every search for Phuket beach clubs, is not in Phuket. Its address is Natai, Takua Thung district, Phang Nga province — an hour and a half north of the airport, across the bridge and off the island. It holds 4.7 with 579 reviews and is a fine place; it is simply a different province, and a taxi back at midnight is a different conversation.
