Gran Canaria has thirty kilometres of resort coast with a road running along all of it, and then it has the west. Beyond Mogán the cliffs take over, the tarmac stops, and one beach at the end of that stretch has become the island's standard argument for chartering a boat: Güigüí, reachable only from the sea or on foot over the ridge.
You are paying for the passage, not the anchorage. €125 tops the range because Güigüí is a long way west of the harbour; lunch is not in the price, and a beach with no road has no shop and no shade — everything you need comes with you.

Why does it cost more than the other boat trips?
€125 is the top of the per-person boat-trip range on Gran Canaria — above the €79.21 shared yacht and well above the €55 catamaran. The difference is not the food or the open bar — the Infinity yacht has more of both. It is distance.
Güigüí is a long way west of the harbour, and a four-hour trip that has to get there and back is buying you the crossing, not the anchorage. On any of the cheaper boats you stay within sight of the resorts.

What should you bring?
The operator names cold drinks and the crew but no lunch, so eat before boarding or bring something. There is no shop, no bar and no shade infrastructure at a beach with no road — whatever you want on that sand travels with you on the boat. Sun protection and water are the obvious two.
The honest caveats
Two of them. First, the operator's page carries no not-included section at all, which is not the same as everything being covered: ask in writing what is charged on top before you pay.
Second, this is a four-hour trip to a place four hours' round trip away, so the time on the sand is a part of the outing rather than the whole of it. If a long swim stop matters more than the destination, the cheaper boats give you more of it.
Can I walk there instead?
People do — the approach is over the ridge and it is a serious hike, not a stroll from a car park. The boat exists precisely because the alternative is that walk.
How many people are on board?
Up to eighteen. That is larger than the twelve-guest yachts out of Puerto Rico and much smaller than the big catamarans.
