What is this tour like?
Luzzu Cruises leaves the Sliema ferries at 10:00 and cruises north to Gozo. At Mġarr, Gozo's main harbour, you change to one of the company's buses: first a photo stop at Qala Belvedere, then a stop in Victoria, Gozo's capital, where you can also see the Citadel, the old fortified city.
In the afternoon you board the boat again and cross to Comino. It stays about 1 hr 30 min in the Blue Lagoon for swimming, sunbathing and snorkelling, then visits the Crystal Caves of Comino and cruises back to Sliema. The trip runs daily all year: back at 17:30 from April to October, at 17:00 from November to March.
To step off the boat at the Blue Lagoon you need a landing pass with a QR code, registered in advance for the afternoon slot 13:30–17:30.
