Licence and age
JoyRide's jet ski page sets out swimming ability, a 160 kg weight limit and comfort with speed as its requirements; it does not list a licence or a minimum age for jet skis, so confirm both for drivers and passengers when you book. For its self-drive boats, JoyRide says no boating licence is needed up to 90 hp, the 115 hp and 200 hp boats need a nautical licence, and drivers must be 21 or older.
Tip
Jet ski and boat rules differ. The licence and 21+ rules above are JoyRide's rules for its self-drive boats; for jet skis, ask before you book.
