None of these operators hides a price, but a headline figure and the amount you actually spend are two different numbers. Here is where the gap comes from, activity by activity.
Is the transfer included?
Three boat fares include a free hotel pick-up and drop-off: the three-hour Freebird trip at €47 and the 4.5-hour cruise at €62. The sailing yacht at €65 includes transport from and to your hotel as well. Everything else expects you at the pontoon: Freebird's €30 fare says so explicitly, and all three Flipper Uno departures from Los Gigantes are sold as “departure without transport”.
Paragliding: the transfer goes uphill
For paragliding the transfer works the other way round: the ride from the meeting point up to take-off is included, because a launch site above Costa Adeje is not somewhere you walk to.
Kit, insurance and the diving extras
Diving Atlantis is the only operator here that publishes an extras table, and it is worth reading: equipment €7.50 per dive, insurance €10 per day, transfer €5. That is the difference between a €105 beach try dive and something nearer €127.50 for a person who needs all three.
BIG FISH does not itemise what is included at all, and Ocean Trek describes the session without listing equipment. That is not a trap, it is a gap — and the fix is a question in the booking message rather than an assumption.
Why is the online price lower than the desk price?
Four operators sell cheaper online. Two of them print both numbers. JetScoot: €65 online against €75 on site, and €79 against €95. BIG FISH: 10% off for booking online. Diving Atlantis: €94.50 instead of €105, €103.50 instead of €115, €121.50 instead of €135. AJ Fly: 10% off its €60 parasailing flight. Booking at the kiosk on the day is the most expensive way to buy any of these.

The contradiction to clear up
JetScoot's page says the second rider is free — “free second user… no additional cost” — and its own FAQ says a second person is “an additional €10”. Both figures are on the operator’s own page, and it does not say which one is current. Ask before you pay.
Photos, drinks and the small stuff
Photographs are €25 with AJ Fly, and a non-flying passenger who just wants the boat ride is €30 there. On the other parasailing boat, Tenerife Sailing Charters, one drink is inside the €54.
Drinks on the whale boats
On the whale boats, drinks are included on the two longer Flipper Uno departures (€33 and €40); on the €28 Masca Express the operator lists neither drinks nor exclusions at all, so ask. Beer, soft drinks and water are on all three Freebird fares.
Freebird's on-board extras
On the Freebird catamaran the other extras are named on the page: sunbeds €10 for two on the 2-hour fare and €15 on the 3-hour, not pre-bookable and paid on board if any are free; professional photos €10; ice creams €3.
What can money not buy here?
A sighting. Pilot whales and dolphins live in this channel year-round and every operator here goes out looking for them, but the sea decides. Flipper Uno's own staff say so at the ticket office. No fare, cheap or expensive, changes that.
