What is this tour like?
Kinara Nusatour is an operator based by the Yellow Bridge on Nusa Lembongan that runs private snorkelling and island tours on Nusa Penida. In this premium package from Bali, the group is collected from its hotel at about 6:00 am, takes the 7:30 fast boat from Sanur and starts on Nusa Penida at about 8:30. The morning is spent on a private snorkelling boat at 3 spots, Manta Bay, Gamat Bay and Wall Bay, for 2.5–3 hours; the guide doubles as your underwater photographer, and the files are sent after the trip.
After lunch at about noon, a car with driver takes you to the island's viewpoints: Kelingking, Paluang Cliff and Broken Beach. You are back at the port by 3:30 pm and on the 4:30 boat to Sanur. The price is per person and falls with group size: IDR 1,800,000 each for 2, IDR 1,450,000 for 3, IDR 1,200,000 for 4 and IDR 1,100,000 for 5 or more. Lunch appears in the schedule but not in the list of inclusions, so ask whether it is covered; card payment carries a surcharge the operator does not specify. Mantas are a chance, not a guarantee.
