A day on the sea in Bali costs from IDR 200,000 (≈ $12) per person for 2 hours on a shared boat to the mantas off Nusa Penida to IDR 3,450,000 (≈ $203) per person for a day of 3 dives for certified divers, and the prices below fill the space between. All but one are per person; the jet ski is per machine for 15 minutes. Most of the gap between two neighbouring prices is explained by what they include: a hotel transfer, a fast boat across the strait, lunch, a private boat or your own coach. Below is the whole ladder, what sits on each step and what gets added on the day.
- Every price in one table, with the unit and what is included
- What each price band buys
- Transfers, card fees and extras: the price with everything in

Under IDR 500,000 (≈ $29): a lesson, a round or 2 hours at sea
The lowest step is 2 hours to Manta Bay on a shared boat for IDR 200,000 (≈ $12) per person, but only if you are already on Nusa Penida: the version from Sanur costs IDR 400,000 (≈ $24), plus the island entry fee on arrival. The surf lessons follow: IDR 300,000 (≈ $18) at Double Six for a group of three with Da Waves, IDR 400,000 (≈ $24) for the same ratio at Froggy on Balangan, IDR 425,000 (≈ $25) for a class alone on Kuta beach and IDR 450,000 (≈ $26) for a private coach at Batu Bolong.

At Tanjung Benoa, a parasailing round costs IDR 400,000 (≈ $24) per person, and a jet ski with an instructor costs IDR 450,000 (≈ $26) for 15 minutes. That jet ski price is per machine: two people on one jet ski pay IDR 750,000 (≈ $44) together, while two parasailing rounds cost IDR 800,000 (≈ $47).

IDR 600,000 (≈ $35) to IDR 1,000,000 (≈ $59): an island day, a first dive, a sunset

The Shivanna sunset cruise from Benoa costs IDR 930,300 (≈ $55) per person on General Admission, with a welcome drink and canapés.

IDR 1,000,000 (≈ $59) to IDR 2,000,000 (≈ $118): a manta day from Sanur, or a catamaran
This is where the fast boat and the transfer enter the price. The Kinara Nusatour private day costs IDR 1,100,000 (≈ $65) per person for a group of 5 or more, with the fast boat, the island fee, your own snorkelling boat and a car on Nusa Penida; for two it is IDR 1,800,000 (≈ $106) each. Over IDR 2,000,000 (≈ $118): a day of diving off Nusa Penida
Bali Fun Diving’s trip from Sanur is the top step at IDR 3,450,000 (≈ $203) per person for 3 dives with equipment, boat and lunch, for certified divers and from 2 divers. Its extras, from transfers to nitrox, are printed on the operator’s own price list.

The price with everything in: what gets added
The first add-on is the transfer. Bali Fun Diving prints it: IDR 250,000 (≈ $15) per group per day from Jimbaran, Nusa Dua or Canggu, IDR 450,000 (≈ $26) from Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ubud or Pererenan and Tabanan, IDR 700,000 (≈ $41) from Tegalalang. Let’s Dive Tulamben charges IDR 50,000 (≈ $3) each way from Amed. Lembongan Trip, Kinara Nusatour and Froggy charge extra outside their zones without printing the amount; Lembongan Island Tour arranges transfers on Bali on request at an unpublished price; the Shivanna, Bali Surf Class and Surf With Aldo include no transport at all.
Fees are the second. On the Sanur option of the shared manta boat you pay the island entry fee on arrival; Kinara Nusatour includes it. Utopia charges for bar drinks, Bali Jetpacks for professional photos and videos, Froggy IDR 100,000 (≈ $6) per hour for a board without a lesson. Bali Fun Diving lists a dive computer at IDR 250,000 (≈ $15) per day, nitrox at IDR 100,000 (≈ $6) per dive and a GoPro at IDR 600,000 (≈ $35) per day.

If you already sleep on Nusa Penida, four places on the shared boat to Manta Bay cost IDR 800,000 (≈ $47), but the operator gives the minimum age as 11 in one place and 10 in another.
How to pay without surcharges

Lembongan Island Tour takes cash on arrival with no surcharge and adds 3% for cards; Utopia adds 3% for cards at its ticket office; Surf With Aldo prefers cash on arrival and adds 5% when you pay through the warung; Kinara Nusatour charges a card surcharge it does not specify.
