My first time at the age of 70. Quite nervous but it was well worth it. Id do it again in a heartbeat. Thought we might get wet but nothing. The landing is probably the hardest but you can do it.
What is this tour like?
Jet Ski Cozumel takes its parasail boat about 1.5 miles off the west coast and lifts you off its back platform for 15 minutes of flight, alone or with one other person. $75 per person, $150 for a tandem of two. Every flyer also gets a free day pass to San Francisco Beach Club, where the operator is based, and you reserve with a 20% deposit.
The operator is a family business that says it has been running parasail flights since 1999, and it pitches this flight at cruise passengers short on time: the whole excursion takes about 30 minutes, with 15 of them in the air, and there is no long briefing and no need to change. You sit on the back platform in a harness, the boat accelerates, and you rise over the reefs and the cruise ships; at the end you come down softly onto the same platform. The flight is booked for one or two people: the operator writes that Cozumel rules limit it to tandem flights, with a combined maximum of 450 lb. After landing you have the beach club for the rest of the day.
What are the highlights?

“Booked a 30- minute jet ski rental and parasailing in cozumel Mexico for my family. We did them both at he same time. My daughter loves their parasailing tour. Great prices and friendly staff. I recommend them for sure!”
“I booked parasailing a few months before my cruise. The reservation was easy, required a small deposit, and offered cancellation/refund up until the last minute. The day I got to Cozumel I was not feeling well. I emailed them at approximately 1:00pm to cancel my 3:00pm reservation. I received confirmation around 3:15pm that they canceled and refunded my deposit. I then realized the card I had used to make the reservation had been compromised and replaced. I replied to let them know this and I would understand if they couldn’t process the refund. I received a reply thank me for my understanding and explain that many banks due process returns despite a card being cancelled. Fortunately the refund showed in my account later that night. Email communication was great. Any issue of time delays were related to my lack of cell/wifi while in Cozumel. They honored their cancellation policy and their communication was clear and helpful.”
