What is this tour like?
A morning or afternoon boat with Crystal Dive in Mae Haad: two guided dives at Koh Tao sites, full standard gear and a dive computer included, from ฿2,200. Groups of up to four divers per guide; certified divers from 10 years old.
The boats run twice a day, 07:00–11:30 and 12:00–17:00, and the centre puts divers of all levels on sites to match, from newly certified Open Water to experienced. You can dive up to four times a day by taking both boats. Nitrox-certified divers can ask for Nitrox tanks; the centre names Sail Rock as a favourite Nitrox site.
The price covers the boat, two dives, gear with computer, refreshments between dives and dive insurance for 30 days. It falls with volume: packages run up to ฿9,000 for 10 dives. A scuba review refresher is ฿1,800 if you have not dived for a while.
