Nine water operators in Nha Trang do business in Russian — not with a translated landing page, but with a Russian-language price list, a Russian-language booking chat and an instructor who says out loud that the briefing is in Russian. Five of them are dive centres, two are schools, two are yacht charters.
That is unusual enough to change how a trip is planned. Everywhere else on this coast the price of a dive arrives as a screenshot of an English page; here it arrives as a sentence written by the person who will be holding your tank.
What is actually published in Russian. First dive 85–95 USD, fun dive for certified divers 75–90 USD, snorkelling 40–45 USD, Open Water 370–420 USD, kitesurfing 55 USD an hour one-to-one, eFoil 2,000,000 VND (about $77) for sixty minutes. All of these figures come from the operators’ own Russian pages.
Who dives in Russian?
| Operator | What they run | Published price | Why we call them Russian-speaking |
|---|---|---|---|
| VictorDivePro (SSI) | First dive and fun dive, 2 dives | 95 USD per person | Whole site in Russian; states «briefing in Russian» |
| Russian Divers Team | Fun diving Standard, 2 dives | 90 USD (120 with photo and video) | Site in Russian, field «Language: Russian» |
| divenhatrang.ru | Dives without a certificate | 85 USD (75 with a certificate) | Site and Google Maps listing in Russian |
| AKSENOV Scuba Diving | Try dive with filming and editing | 90 USD (75 with a certificate) | Site in Russian; states «Russian-speaking instructor» |
| DIVE FOR YOU | PADI Discover Scuba Diving from the boat | 90 USD (70 from the shore) | Operator's own listing reads «Russian, English» |
| Kiterabbit | Kitesurfing and surfing lessons | 55 USD an hour one-to-one | Site in Russian; «Russian- and English-speaking instructors» |
| FlyGuru | eFoil lesson, 60 minutes | 2,000,000 VND (about $77) | Site in Russian, instructor on an earpiece |
The two remaining Russian-speaking operators of the nine are yacht charters, VEGAYACHTS and Theia Yachting, which sit outside this article's subject.
What the Russian pages say that the English ones do not
Ratios and inclusions, mostly. VictorDivePro states up to two clients per instructor, two dives of 35 to 40 minutes, a maximum of 12 metres, a personal set of gear, an equipment check and hotel transfer inside the city — and prices photo and video, and transfer from outlying hotels, as optional extras.

divenhatrang.ru publishes the medical side in the same detail: children from eight, no pregnancy, no heart conditions, no alcohol before the dive, no flying for 24 hours after, medical questionnaire compulsory. English-language pages in this bay rarely go that far.
Russian Divers Team sells the day from 7:00 to 13:00 with two dives, transfer, breakfast and lunch on board and all equipment, and asks for the booking at least a day ahead through WhatsApp. AKSENOV Scuba Diving puts underwater filming and editing inside the 90-USD try dive, in horizontal and vertical formats, and states a limit of three dives per day.
A Russian website is not the same as a Russian-speaking guide
The two centres with the largest number of Google reviews in Nha Trang — Vietnam Active and Sailing Club Divers — make this distinction worth checking. Vietnam Active runs locale versions of its site in Russian, Korean and Chinese, but its trip pages name an English-speaking guide and never claim a Russian one. Sailing Club Divers publishes guest reviews written in Russian, in which visitors thank instructors by name — Yaroslav and Quang — yet the operator itself declares only English.
Guest reviews are evidence about a day, not a commitment about your day. The seven operators in the table above make the claim themselves, on their own pages, which is a different kind of promise.
What does a lesson in Russian cost?
Kiterabbit charges 55 USD for a one-hour private kitesurfing lesson and 35 USD per person in a group; a full set of gear, harness, helmet and buoyancy aid are inside the price, along with sunscreen and a rash guard if you need them. A two-hour private surf lesson is 65 USD, 50 in a group, with board rental at 12 USD an hour.

FlyGuru charges 2,000,000 VND (about $77) for a sixty-minute eFoil lesson, 1,500,000 for a child under fourteen, 3,500,000 for two people together and 1,000,000 for a ten-minute tandem flight. Equipment, buoyancy aid and radio contact with the instructor are included; the instructor talks to you through an earpiece while you are standing on the board.
How many guests per instructor?
This is where the Russian-speaking centres differ most from the join-in boats. VictorDivePro takes a maximum of two clients per instructor. AKSENOV Scuba Diving describes its format as individual dives. DIVE FOR YOU calls its trips private and its snorkelling tour is sold the same way. Kiterabbit prices the private lesson separately from the group one, so the ratio is what you are choosing when you pay 55 instead of 35.

Questions worth asking first
Is the price per person?
VictorDivePro says so in as many words: 95 USD per person, 45 per person for snorkelling. The other Russian-language pages do not write the unit, and since they sell one-to-one formats it is worth confirming in the first message.
Is the transfer included?
Within the city, yes, at VictorDivePro, AKSENOV and divenhatrang.ru; VictorDivePro prices pick-up from outlying hotels separately. Kiterabbit brings a single student on the instructor's motorbike free of charge and quotes roughly 25 USD return for a car shared between students.
Do they take children?
divenhatrang.ru dives with children from eight, VictorDivePro from ten, and takes snorkellers from six. FlyGuru teaches eFoil from eight and has a separate programme for under-fourteens.
How do I book?
Russian Divers Team asks for at least 24 hours' notice through WhatsApp. It is the only Russian-speaking centre that publishes a booking window at all, so there is nothing to compare it with.
What is included in a snorkelling trip with them?
VictorDivePro at 45 USD per person covers the hotel transfer both ways, mask, snorkel, fins, professional gear and a wetsuit, at two stops. divenhatrang.ru at 40 USD runs a two-deck boat to Dam Bay and Hon Mun with tea, coffee, fruit and lunch, and states that photo and video are not included.

Updated 4 September 2026. Prices, inclusions, age limits and the basis for calling an operator Russian-speaking are taken from the operators' own pages and listings as published on that date.
