Ibiza's coast runs from the loud bays of San Antonio in the west to the quiet calas of Santa Eulària in the east, and almost everything worth seeing on the island sits on the water: Es Vedrà, the sea caves, the shallows off Formentera. Thirteen ways to get out there, priced from €20 to €1,090:
- Jet ski — San Antonio and Cala de Bou
- Boat rental — Marina Ibiza and Santa Eulària
- Catamaran charter — private or by the seat
- Boat trip to Es Vedrà
- Party boat with a DJ on deck
- Sport fishing
- Scuba diving
- Wake, eFoil and kitesurf
Two jet-ski routes, two rental fleets, three catamaran days and four ways to get into or above the water — here is how they compare before you book.
How much does a jet ski cost in Ibiza?
A jet ski in Ibiza costs €150 for the two-hour safari to Es Vedrà from San Antonio, or €70 for a 30-minute ride out of Cala de Bou. Both prices are per jet ski for up to two riders, and both routes are guided by Ibiza Jet Ski Beach.
Es Vedrà safari from San Antonio
The two-hour safari to Es Vedrà costs €150 per jet ski for up to 2 riders, with an instructor leading the whole route. It starts at Ibiza Jet Ski Beach on Passeig de la Mar in Sant Antoni de Portmany, follows the wild west coast past sea caves, and stops to swim under the 400 m rock.

Cala de Bou — thirty minutes on the throttle
The 30-minute coves ride costs €70 per jet ski, also for up to 2 riders and also guided by Ibiza Jet Ski Beach, from Carrer de Cala de Bou in Sant Josep de sa Talaia. It buzzes the sea caves and clear-water calas of San Antonio bay — the short version, if you only want a taste.
Important
both prices are per jet ski, not per person. Two riders share one craft and one price, so a group of four needs two jet skis — €300 on the Es Vedrà safari, €140 at Cala de Bou.
Can you rent a boat in Ibiza and pay by the boat?
Yes. Boat rental on Ibiza is charged for the boat and for the whole day, not for seats: Blue Ocean Ibiza from €390 per boat, East Boats Ibiza from €250 per boat, and both days run 8 hours.
Blue Ocean — Marina Ibiza
Blue Ocean Ibiza, based at Marina Ibiza (Botafoch) in Eivissa, rents from €390 per boat for a full 8-hour day, for up to 8 guests, with the skipper optional. The classic day crosses to the powder-white sand of Formentera and comes back along the calas.

East Boats — Santa Eulària
East Boats Ibiza rents from €250 per boat for the same 8-hour day, for up to 7 guests, from Port de Santa Eulària des Riu. Its licence-free boats work the sheltered east coast: Cala Llonga, Es Canar and the quiet calas either side of them.

Which catamaran to pick in Ibiza: private, shared or at sunset?
A day on a catamaran can be bought three ways on Ibiza, and they differ by price unit before anything else — GOA at €1,090 per catamaran, Smart Charter at €95 per person, Lady Virginia at €95 per person. Charter the whole boat or buy a seat: that is the entire fork.
GOA — a private catamaran for the day
The GOA Catamaran Ibiza charter costs €1,090 per catamaran for 7 hours, for up to 11 guests, from Carrer del General Balanzat in Sant Antoni de Portmany. It comes skippered, with bow trampolines to lounge on, snorkelling stops in the calas and a run home past Es Vedrà.

Smart Charter — a shared day to Formentera
Smart Charter Ibiza sells the same kind of day by the seat: €95 per person for 6 hours, for up to 12 guests, leaving Marina Ibiza (Botafoch). The boat crosses to anchor off Ses Illetes on Formentera, where the day is swimming, snorkelling and SUP in very shallow water.

Lady Virginia — the sunset cruise
The Lady Virginia Ibiza sunset cruise costs €95 per person for 4 hours, for up to 20 guests, out of San Antonio harbour. It anchors in a turquoise cove to snorkel first, then holds position on deck for the island's sunset.

Boat trips and the party boat
Two more ways to see the coast need no charter at all — the cheapest outing on the island and the loudest one. Both leave San Antonio, and both are priced per person.
Es Vedrà with Boat Trip Salvador
The boat trip to Es Vedrà costs €20 per person for 3 hours, on a boat that takes up to 80 guests, from Port de Sant Antoni on Avinguda Doctor Fleming. Boat Trip Salvador glides past natural rock arches and sea caves to the foot of the rock, with a swim stop along the way.

Float Your Boat — the party boat
Float Your Boat Ibiza runs the island's original party boat from Passeig de la Mar in San Antonio: €55 per person for 3 hours 30 minutes, for up to 100 guests. A DJ on deck, paddleboard swim stops in turquoise coves, and the San Antonio sunset to finish.

Fishing, diving, wake and kite
Four more operators cover what happens under the water and above the board. The price unit splits here as well: fishing and diving are sold per person, wake and kite per session.
Sport fishing with Ibizatopfishing
The Ibiza sport fishing charter costs €120 per person for a 4-hour shared trip with up to 6 anglers. Ibizatopfishing trolls the blue water and drops lines over the reefs for tuna and dentex with a local skipper, and all the tackle is aboard.

Diving with Aqua Diving Center
Aqua Diving Center Ibiza, a PADI 5-star centre in Santa Eulària des Riu, runs try-dives from €75 per person over 3 hours, in groups of up to 8. Dives go into the island's caves and its UNESCO-listed Posidonia meadows, where grouper, barracuda and octopus are regular company.

Wake and eFoil with TAKEOFF
TAKEOFF Ibiza charges €60 per session of one hour in San Antonio bay, for up to 6 people, gear and coach included. Wakeboard behind the boat or fly an eFoil: the line-up the operator itself calls the island's widest sits at this one base.

Kitesurf and wing-foil with Duotone
The Duotone Pro Center Ibiza teaches kitesurf and wing-foil at €90 per session of 2 hours, for up to 4 people, gear and coach included. Lessons run in San Antonio bay off Cala de Bou, over warm shallows and the steady thermal wind that fills in there.

How much does a day on the water in Ibiza cost in 2026?
Thirteen ways to be on Ibiza's water span €20 to €1,090, and the price unit moves the maths more than the number does: jet skis go per craft, the two rentals and the GOA catamaran per boat, wake and kite per session, everything else per person.
