Thank you so much for today's dive! It was incredible. I hope we come back and meet again. Even though not everything worked at first, I now want to do the whole course and go deeper. I have been afraid of water and depth all my life, but with you the fear was beaten. You are professionals and everything was calm and instructive with you. Thank you very much!
What is this tour like?
Undersea World — the centre also signs itself «Подводный мир» — works out of a small building on Kriou Nerou street in Ayia Napa, and keeps a second base at Pyla near Larnaca. The prices here come from the Ayia Napa list, where the try dive sits at the top.
The programme is PADI Discover Scuba Diving, and the centre describes it as taking up to three hours all in: a short overview of what you are about to do, a brief water-skills session, and then an open-water dive with an instructor. The ceiling for that dive is twelve metres, which is the PADI limit for the programme; the site the centre normally uses, Green Bay, is shallower than that — its depth, the page says, does not exceed nine metres. Green Bay lies in Protaras, so the day begins at the Ayia Napa centre and continues by road.
Underwater you get at least forty minutes. The centre lists fish watching and a visit to the underwater museum statues in the bay, with photo and video shooting as an option rather than an inclusion — that comes in the price list as a separate 40 € line for footage handed over on Google Drive or a flash card.
The alternative site is MUSAN, the sculpture museum off Ayia Napa itself, at 140 €. Doing Green Bay and MUSAN on the same day is 190 €, which is the only two-dive form of the try dive the centre prints. Minimum age for any of them is ten. Everyone finishes with a PADI certificate of completion, and if you go on to a Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver course within a year, the try dive is credited and the centre takes 10 % off the course.

Who runs this tour?
Where do we meet?
Undersea World dive centre, Kriou Nerou 13/4-5, Ayia Napa 5330, Cyprus., or on Viber and WhatsApp. The centre's second base is at 23 Thasou street, Pyla, Larnaca — a different town, and not the base for this Ayia Napa price list. The dive itself is normally at Green Bay in Protaras; the coordinates here point at Ayia Napa, where the centre is, not at the dive site.
