The operator has its check-in tent on the sand in front of San Francisco Beach Club, a few steps from Chula's, Carlos n' Charlie's and Paradise Beach, and says most of its customers come off the cruise ships. Its FAQ describes the fleet as 2020 Sea-Doo GTI with 155 hp and says no licence is needed. The rental stays inside the riding area in front of the beach; for going further along the coast the operator sells a separate 90-minute guided jet ski tour with snorkelling and a meal, at $199 per jet ski. The one-hour rental is $135 per jet ski. After the ride you keep the beach club for the day — pool, lockers, showers and changing rooms; snorkel gear, kayaks and paddleboards are not part of the rental.

“Booked a 30- minute jet ski rental and parasailing in cozumel Mexico for my family. We did them both at he same time. My daughter loves their parasailing tour. Great prices and friendly staff. I recommend them for sure!”
“I booked parasailing a few months before my cruise. The reservation was easy, required a small deposit, and offered cancellation/refund up until the last minute. The day I got to Cozumel I was not feeling well. I emailed them at approximately 1:00pm to cancel my 3:00pm reservation. I received confirmation around 3:15pm that they canceled and refunded my deposit. I then realized the card I had used to make the reservation had been compromised and replaced. I replied to let them know this and I would understand if they couldn’t process the refund. I received a reply thank me for my understanding and explain that many banks due process returns despite a card being cancelled. Fortunately the refund showed in my account later that night. Email communication was great. Any issue of time delays were related to my lack of cell/wifi while in Cozumel. They honored their cancellation policy and their communication was clear and helpful.”
“I had a very disappointing experience renting jet skis at San Francisco Beach in Cozumel. We paid $85 for a 30-minute ride, expecting a fun family activity, but it quickly turned into a frustrating experience. One of the main reasons we rented the jet ski was so our children could each have a chance to ride. Unfortunately, the staff refused to let us switch riders during the session, without offering any flexibility or alternative. The employees were unfriendly, unaccommodating, and showed no interest in helping. It would have been much more professional if they had clearly explained this policy before taking our payment instead of surprising us afterward. For the amount we paid, the level of customer service was far below expectations. What should have been a memorable family activity ended up being disappointing and stressful. I cannot recommend this rental company, especially for families looking for fair treatment and good customer service.”
“I would not recommend this place. I rarely leave reviews, but this was my worst experience. Before we went out on the jet skis, we got a safety briefing, but the person giving it barely spoke English and what we understood was not helpful. The main points were to stay inside the piers and watch for boats. Riding the jet skis was fun, but the area is crowded with tour boats, so we had to keep dodging them. When it was time to return, the safety guide just waved us in and left. My kids, who are both over 18, were behind me. As we headed back, a boat came toward my son and daughter. My son turned to avoid it and ended up colliding with my daughter. The seat plastic was damaged, and there was some minor fiberglass damage to the foot well. When we got back to shore, the workers checked out the damage. They were speaking Spanish and laughing. My daughter’s boyfriend understands Spanish, and he heard them say the damage looked like it would cost less than $1000. Just so you know, they don’t insure their equipment. I also looked at the damage myself, and since I know my way around machines, I could tell it wasn’t worth $1000. Still, my kid caused it, so I was willing to pay. The worker called the 'Owner,' who said the damage was $2000. This was for an early-2000s Yamaha jet ski that only sells for about $ 2,000. The owner never showed up, and honestly, it seemed like they were hoping someone would damage a jet ski so they could overcharge them. No one could explain why the price suddenly doubled, except that the 'Owner' said so. I have rented jet skis in many places and countries. I recommend avoiding this place and sticking to the official cruise excursions. I took photos, but since we are cruising, they won’t upload.”
