How much does it cost to get onto Dubai's water?
AED 210 (about $57) per person for the 90-minute Marina dinner cruise; €390 per boat for a two-hour private yacht charter. Some operators here quote in dirhams and others in euros, and three different price units — per person, per boat or machine, per session — decide which trip is cheap for your particular group.

AED 210 (about $57) is per person and €390 is per boat, so the two figures answer different questions. Can a beginner learn to kitesurf in Dubai?
Yes — that is exactly what the Kite Beach lesson is built for. The kitesurf and wing-foil lessons cost AED 900 (about $245) per person for 2 hours, in a group of up to 4, with Ocean Tribe: you learn to fly a kite or wing-foil on Kite Beach's flat, shallow water, with a steady Gulf breeze and a coach on the radio.
Four students is the cap, and that cap is the product: it keeps the coach on your kite rather than on somebody else's. What language are the briefings in?
English is the working language on every trip, and some crews add Arabic.
