The operator's whole pitch is the location: its stand sits on the beach itself at Playa Tortugas, on the Caribbean side of the Hotel Zone, and it tells guests to ignore street vendors outside the beach, who have nothing to do with the company. Departures run daily from 11:00 to 16:00, the machines are prepared for your arrival if you book ahead, and bookings made at least seven days in advance get 10% off at checkout. If the port is closed for bad weather, you choose between another day and a full refund.

“Over the weekend my family and I were enjoying the calm sea at Playa Tortugas and saw there was jet ski rental. My daughter hadn't been on one for a long time, so this was her chance to ride the beautiful Caribbean sea. The jet skis are very clean and honestly the prices are quite affordable. If you're looking for a jet ski rental in Cancún, I highly recommend renting with them.”

“They were 30 mins late. Dirty life jackets. Older jet ski with no safety shutoff strap. We arrived 15 mins early for our scheduled booking, we were greeted by the drone photographer, waited 45 mins till they showed up. The drone photographer was great, took very professional pictures and videos.”
