What is this tour like?
Two tanks over two and a half hours on a natural reef, in open water without a cage. Advanced Open Water, or Open Water with at least 20 logged dives. $190 per person.
The absence of a cage is the whole shape of this dive, and it is why the experience requirement is not a formality. The centre says the sharks at this site are used to divers, and the dive asks for calm buoyancy and the ability to stay where the guide puts you. Open Water divers with at least 20 logged dives are accepted case by case.
On depth the operator's own page is not consistent: one passage says 30 m / 100 ft, another approximately 26 metres / 80 feet, and a third up to 25 metres. Ask the centre to state the planned maximum before you book.
Equipment comes from the centre in full. Bring your certification card, your logbook and cash for the balance; a $50 deposit holds the place.
