6 options for jet ski in Tenerife — real operator prices, routes and guest reviews, all in one place.
Jet ski in Tenerife is priced per machine, not per rider — that single fact changes the arithmetic for a couple.
Rides run from €65 to €120, all of them guided safaris out of Puerto Colón in Costa Adeje.
No licence is needed on any of them; the single Sea-Doo requires the driver to be 16 or older. JetScoot's two rides are cheaper booked online than paid on the spot, and where two figures are quoted the second is the same outing on a double machine.
All six safaris leave from the same marina, so the ladder is really about minutes and how many of you ride. Cheapest first:
The shortest JetScoot route: 40 minutes from Puerto Colón to La Caleta and back behind the instructors' boat. €65 per jet ski online (€75 on site), one or two riders, no licence needed.
One hour south from Puerto Colón towards Palm Mar behind the instructors' boat. €79 per jet ski online (€95 on site), one or two riders, no licence needed.
One rider, one Sea-Doo, a guided route from Puerto Colón: 60 minutes in total, about 45 on the water. €100 per jet ski (the page also shows €95 — see note). Drivers must be 16 or older.
Two people sharing one Sea-Doo on a guided route from Puerto Colón, 60 minutes in total. €120 is the total price for both — the operator says so in as many words. Briefing, life jackets and safety kit included.
Forty minutes in V-formation behind the lead boat from pier 4 of Puerto Colón. €70 for a single jet ski, €80 for a double — the price is per machine. Briefing and insurance included; photos sold separately.
An hour behind the lead boat from pier 4 of Puerto Colón. €80 for a single jet ski, €100 for a double — priced per machine. Briefing and insurance included; photos sold separately.

All six rides are priced for the jet ski, so two people sharing divide the figure. WOW writes it out plainly: €70 for a single machine and €80 for a double — €40 a head for two. JetSkiPuertoColon does the same at the top of the range: €100 for one rider against €120 as “the total price for two people sharing one”, which is €60 each.
JetScoot's page says a second rider is free — “free second user… no additional cost” — while the FAQ on the same page says a second person is “an additional €10”.
The online rate is quoted as the operator publishes it; confirm with them before you pay what a second rider costs. Online and on-the-spot prices differ too: €65 against €75 for La Caleta, €79 against €95 for Palm Mar.
JetSkiPuertoColon has a contradiction of its own on the single safari: the headline of its booking page says “From €100 per person” while the spec block on the same page says “€95 per rider”. Ask which of the two applies to your departure before you pay.
Forty-minute rides are the norm at the cheap end: La Caleta with JetScoot and the WOW safari. The hour-long options are JetScoot's Palm Mar run, WOW's hour-long safari (€80 single, €100 double) and both Sea-Doo safaris.
Read an hour as an hour of your day, not of throttle.
All six safaris are guided; free-roam rental is not among them. JetScoot runs behind the instructors' boat, WOW rides in V-formation behind a lead boat, JetSkiPuertoColon puts an instructor nearby with a briefing, life jacket and safety kit before every departure. That is why no licence is required.

Important
JetSkiPuertoColon states that of the 60 minutes about 45 are actually on the water, and asks you to arrive 30 minutes before departure.
