The short version

At eight that is €85 a head; a full boat of twelve comes to €860, about €72 each.

The boat comes with a captain and guide, so this is a private charter with a crew rather than a self-drive rental — the yacht is not handed over to you. Inside the price are the same things the shared departure gets: snorkelling equipment, paddle boards, and pickup and return from your hotel when you book in advance.

If you are fewer than eight, the same yacht sells single places on its shared four-hour departure at €79.21 per adult and €55 for children aged 1 to 10. What is not inside either fare is the watersports list, all sold on the day:

  • €25 per person — sea scooter, 10 minutes.
  • €35 per person — parasailing, about 10 minutes.
  • €35 — jet ski for 10 minutes, or €70 for 20.

What's included

  • The whole boat for a group of up to 8 people
  • Captain and guide (Spanish/English)
  • Snorkelling equipment and SUP boards — as on the shared tour

Not included

  • Extra passengers €45 each (up to 12)
  • Jet ski (€35 for 10 min – €70 for 20 min)
  • Sea scooter (€25 per person for 10 min)
  • Parasailing (€35 per person for 10 min)

Good to know

  • Groups of up to 12 — families, birthdays, friends — who want the yacht to themselves.
  • None; swimming optional, life vests and paddle boards on board.
  • Swimwear, towels, sunscreen; money for the motorised extras if you want them.
  • Infinity Boat Tours, Puerto Escala, berth EC 4, Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria, 35130 Mogán (27.782538, -15.715042). Pickup and return service is included when booked in advance — give us your hotel.

Private Yacht Infinity from Puerto Rico — 4 Hours, Whole Boat for up to 8

What a fabulous trip! It was 5 star service from the time I was picked up to the time I was dropped off. Firstly, I got picked up in a clean air conditioned vehicle and taken to the stunning clean catamaran where I was given a welcome greeting along with a Cava drink! I found a nice spot to lie down on which was very comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone on board. The crew were always smiling.

We had an amazing time with Infinity Boat Tours! The hospitality was on another level, and the entire team took such good care of us. A special shoutout to Natalia, who was incredibly caring — she looked after our kids like they were her own and treated everyone else on board like family. Christian and Dominico were a great laugh.

FAQ

Can I rent a boat without a licence and drive it myself?
The private option here is the Infinity yacht, and it comes with a captain and guide aboard: €680 for four hours, not handed over for you to drive. If self-drive is the point of the trip, a jet ski is what you steer yourself — those machines are handed over after a briefing.
Is the price per boat or per person?
Per boat: €680 for four hours and up to eight people. Guests nine to twelve are €45 each, so a full boat of twelve is €860. A couple pays the same €680 as a group of eight, which is why small groups usually take places on the shared departure instead.
How long is the charter and where does it start?
Four hours, from berth EC 4 at Puerto Escala in Puerto Rico de Gran Canaria. Pickup from your hotel and the return are included when the booking is made in advance, so give us the hotel name at that point.
What is not included?
The water toys are priced separately and paid on the day: jet ski €35 for 10 minutes or €70 for 20, sea scooter €25 per person for 10 minutes, parasailing €35 per person for about 10 minutes. Places beyond the eighth guest are €45 each.
What happens if the weather turns?
The operator confirms the sailing time when it accepts the booking and can move a departure if conditions require it. The operator publishes no free-cancellation policy, so ask us for the terms attached to your date before payment — we get them from the operator in writing.

The reason to take the whole yacht is not the price per head — it is that the boat stops where you want it to.

What do you get for taking the whole yacht?

Four hours with twelve guests is €680 plus €180 for the four extra places, €860 in total, and the yacht is yours for those four hours: the swim stop lasts as long as your group wants, the paddle boards are not queued for, and the playlist is not a stranger's.

How many people make the private yacht worth it?

Eight people on the shared departure pay €633.68 between them, against €680 for the private boat — about €46 for the difference between sitting with strangers and not. Below six, the shared trip is clearly cheaper; from seven or eight upward, the gap closes to almost nothing.

What should you settle before you book?

Pickup and return are included when you book in advance, so give the name of your hotel while booking rather than on the morning of the trip.

Important

the watersports are billed separately at fixed rates, so a group that plans to jet ski or parasail should add that to the budget before comparing the two formats.
