What guests say in Phuket

MB Marvin Bugeja
Phang Nga Bay & James Bond Island — Small-Group Day Trip

We had an incredible experience with Simba Sea Trips on their Phang Nga Bay tour. The punctual pickup, the well-maintained boat and the perfectly timed itinerary let us enjoy the stops without the usual crowds. The group size was ideal.

CL Chris Lewis
Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Bamboo Island by Speedboat

We had an absolutely great day going to the Phi Phi islands with Andaman Leisure. Oak was our tour guide and explained what we were going to be doing clearly and with great humor. He and the crew were attentive, friendly and caring for us passengers.

DL Dominik Lüder
Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Bamboo Island by Speedboat

A very well organized tour to Phi Phi island. The staff is really kind and still aware of your safety. Our guide Andy is really funny and knows some nice spots. The pick up from the hotel was right on time.

AY Ahmed Yasir
Phi Phi, Maya Bay & Bamboo Island by Speedboat

Took the Phi Phi island trip with them. First they offer a small breakfast before moving, then on the very nice speed boat you have all types of drinks and fruits, then lunch after the third stop.

FAQ

Will the boat run if we are only two?
The trip needs six guests to sail. Two people can join any date where a group has already formed — write to us and we will tell you which dates are confirmed.
How is this different from the cheap big-boat tours?
Group size and timing. This boat takes eighteen guests and leaves early, before the ferries arrive. Big-boat tours to the same bay start around 1,600 THB and carry far more people.
Do we paddle the kayaks ourselves?
No. A Thai guide paddles each canoe through the caves, which is why the trip works for people who have never kayaked.
Is the price per person or per boat?
Per person. Private charters of the same bay are also available from the operator at a separate rate.
What time does it finish?
The day runs seven to eight hours on the water from a 07:00–07:15 departure, so you are back in the afternoon.
Is Maya Bay open right now?
Maya Bay is closed by the national park in August and September. In those months the boat goes to Bamboo Island instead — the rest of the route is unchanged.
