Amazing experience. All five of our family enjoyed the parasailing experience. We parasailed in two groups, one with two people and a second with three people. My wife is apprehensive about these types of activites but loved every minute. Awesome views and amazing and funny staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We splurged for the pictures as well. They did a great job in capturing the memories. Pancho and Juan did an amazing job in making us feel at ease and have a great time. We were located at the Hard Rock Cancun hotel.

Best Dive shop in Cancun! The most friendly and knowledgeable instructors - dive masters - captain - crew and staff! They have very clean and high quality equipment ! After the wonderful dive experience they have wash tanks for your equipment, showers and even a pool to take a dip in! I have around 40 dives with Manta and have dove with many other companies in the area before I found Manta. I wouldn't recommend any other shop, Manta is by far the best I have found. I can’t say enough good things about captain Hector and crew Oliver and Antonio on the Kianah! The owner Alex listened to my wants and exceeded expectations. I had 3, 18 yr old boys, I told Alex we were more interested in quantity than quality. We started the morning going out 12 miles, hooked up to a white marlin within 30 min. Greatest thing was we didn’t spend much time in any one area, if bite wasn’t on we moved. I will be back! I’ve done multiple charters in MX and this crew was by far the best!

I really liked this activity; you stay up there for about 20 minutes, which is more than enough. Personally I loved the experience, it's well worth it, you can take in the beautiful view of all of Cancún. For 2 people it came to around $3,000 Mexican pesos. The only bad point is that the crew that takes you out to board the boat gets annoyed if you don't tip them; I understand it's their job, but I don't think it's mandatory, since the tour is not cheap at all. Anyway, everything else was excellent.

We had such an amazing experience on this tour! The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive from beginning to end. A special mention to the gentleman playing music during the ride he made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. The rest of the crew was wonderful as well, always making sure we had the drinks we wanted and that everyone was having a great time. The guides were excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting!

We booked a refresher course in the pool and a guided dive the following day. Franc took plenty of time for us and we felt excellently prepared. During the sea dive we were always well looked after and the atmosphere was superb. We felt very safe and the equipment was great too. You can tell that real experts with a lot of experience work here. We strongly recommend booking the photos as well — the pictures are absolutely top! A big plus for us was also how easy it is to reach by public transport.

Had a great time doing a refresher plus 2 dives with Juan Carlos. He and his team have everything dialed in- well organized, no rush, and they picked really interesting dive sites. Before each dive there was a clear, thorough briefing, so I always knew what to expect underwater. The dives themselves were awesome, smooth and well-run from start to finish. Totally satisfied, and I’d recommend Juan Carlos to anyone looking for a relaxed, professional diving experience.

Our experience was out of this world. Carlos the guide was friendly, funny and so knowledgeable. He’s been doing these tours for 45yrs! We had so much fun, felt safe (never driven a boat) and swimming with fishes, seeing the statues under water, well all I can say is WOW!! If you’re in Cancun you have to book a tour with Jungle tours. Also we paid for videos, pictures at a great price. I’m definitely coming back. Thank you Carlos!! See you soon.

We had such a great experience with Manta Divers! We aren't very experienced divers and the pros here were so helpful and patient. They selected all our equipment and did all the heavy lifting. We were able to enjoy the boat ride and jump in the water when it was time. Danny held my hand the whole way down until I was comfortable on my own. They picked out 2 great diving locations for us and even took some pictures. We felt very safe the entire trip.

Absolutely loved this boat excursion! 🌴🌊 We got to snorkel, spend time on the island, and enjoy the bar with unlimited drinks. The lunch buffet was also way better than expected—plenty of options and everything was delicious! The whole day was such a fun, relaxing experience with great vibes, beautiful views, and nonstop entertainment. Definitely recommend this excursion if you're looking for a fun day on the water! 🍹☀️🐠 Marco was awesome!

We had an absolutely perfect day. Would recommend to anyone, and would happily rebook next time we’re in Cancun. We were three adults, two teens, a tween, and a toddler. The crew was absolutely fantastic especially with my toddler and eight year old who were too scared to snorkel. At all times, we felt safe and well cared for. The food on board was fantastic, absolutely delicious. The drinks flowed without asking. Everything was perfection.

I went diving very spontaneously two days in a row and had a huge amount of fun. Alfredo and Carlos are great dive instructors who showed us really exciting spots. The equipment was taken care of completely; you really had no work at all yourself. All in all a great experience and a very nice crew on board! Thanks as well to the boat captains :-) The dive school is highly recommended — I felt very well looked after.

Incredible catamaran snorkeling experience!!! The boat was very spacious and smooth ride allowing everyone to enjoy the beautiful views to Isla Mujeres. Our lead tour guide Noah was great and showed us beautiful fish during our snorkeling portion. All crew on the boat were super nice and accommodating, ensuring everyone’s safety. If you are looking for a cancun boat tour choose this company!!!

Really good diving experience. From the start Manta Dive was informative and made whole experience easy. We did the wreck dive near Puerto Morelos which was amazing. Saw rays, stingreys nurse sharks, turtles and plenty of fish and barracudas. Guillermo and Gabriel were great. Would definitely recommend diving with them and when diving near cancun will not look for any other spot.

Over the weekend my family and I were enjoying the calm sea at Playa Tortugas and saw there was jet ski rental. My daughter hadn't been on one for a long time, so this was her chance to ride the beautiful Caribbean sea. The jet skis are very clean and honestly the prices are quite affordable. If you're looking for a jet ski rental in Cancún, I highly recommend renting with them.

I had two great dives with Fran. He is friendly, fun and patient. He is also very knowledgeable and speaks perfect English (and Spanish). The price was very reasonable. I've been to some great dive sites and I honestly wasn't expecting much from Cancun, but I was really surprised. The reefs were healthy and the aquatic life was abundant. We saw two nurse sharks!

Fishing was fun! Went out about 5-10 miles was able to get on some barracudas. We also caught a small trigger fish and a amber jack. Private charter was decently priced and the crew is very professional and very nice. Boat was comfy too, plenty of room and seats along with a bathroom. They also filleted our fish to bring back to our hotel so we could cook it

We had the BEST time aboard the Moana with Patrick and his amazing crew! From snorkeling in crystal-clear waters to cruising the coastline, every moment was unforgettable. The service was so exceptional that we ended up booking with them again during the same trip. Yes, it was that good! Highly recommend, and we absolutely can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! Would absolutely recommend. Carlos our tour guide is an absolute legend, so funny and put us all in a great mood for the tour. We saw lots of fish and a couple of statues underwater during our snorkelling adventure. They offered us a free short massage and a tequila tasting which was very delicious. Affordable and memorable.

We hired them for a couple of dives, and it is a very family-like dive centre, with very pleasant people as well as very professional. They are very attentive and answer any question you may have. It is really worth recommending, and the diving area off the coast of Cancún is spectacular. Booking our dives with this centre was the right call.

We spent a perfect day on the Moana catamaran! The crew's attention was ten out of ten. Snorkelling at a sunken ship watching endless exotic fish, and we also saw some turtles swimming near the boat. Crystal-clear water, delicious food, open drinks, a crew that was always attentive and kind; in short, a perfect way to disconnect!

Total snorkeling was amazing! Monse did a fantastic job with photographing everything and Kiki (Enrique) did a great job with videos and keeping us safe. Barracuda drove the boat that held just 6 of us. We saw 4 turtles! The only thing I would suggest is doing the sting ray stop also. I didn't realize that was an option!

What a great experience from start to finish. Pay the extra and do the combo tour of both islands with the transportation - makes for a super smooth day, keeps the margaritas flowing! The reef snorkel experience was stunning and Contoy had some sting rays in the bay to see too. Ulises and the crew were awesome! 😍

Very professional, quick and polite. The boat and the equipment in excellent condition. The crew really keen to work. I booked a 6-hour bottom-fishing charter and got lucky, one bite after another, pulling up huge amberjacks. The crew did not waste a single minute of the charter.

It was truly an amazing experience! Luis and Gabriel were incredible guides who made everything so enjoyable and seamless. We had such an unforgettable time from start to finish. I can't recommend DC Explorers enough, if you're considering it, definitely book with them!

We had an excellent experience with Captain Hector, and mates Oliver and Antonio. We hooked up with 4 sailfish, landed 2, and also caught red snapper, bonitas, and amberjack. Great experience overall, wouldn't change a thing.

Excellent trip, you get everything: snorkelling, beach, catamaran, good food & drink, fun, and you can visit Isla Mujeres. The whole crew was wonderful, attentive, looking out for us and fun. 100% recommended.

Martin put us on the fish very quickly. Had 2 Mahi on board within 2 hours and missed one. Great boat, great crew and had a great day out on the water. Will definitely be back and 100% recommend!!

An excellent adventure with incredible views. If you're someone who gets seasick, take Dramamine beforehand, because the trip can be a bit bumpy. Worth every peso/dollar spent.

We had an amazing day of fishing with the captain and the first mate on the boat my baby, my wife and I had sore arms after the day of catching a lot of fish. It would've been nice if we caught more than just barracuda but we still had an amazing trip fishing. Those things fight like crazy. I wish we would have been able to eat some of our catch as we have been able to do with other charters in the past. However, it seems like that was not an option with this charter. We were also promised, either an extra hour or ceviche neither of which we received but they did supply some coronas to us, which was very nice of them. We still had a great time and it's very clear that the captain and the first mate know the area and fishing very well.

The catamaran crew was friendly and the atmosphere during the trip was fine. However, something I didn't like was the photos. There were people offering to take your photos "with no obligation", but at the end of the trip they were selling them for about 80 dollars. I saw several tourists surprised by the price and annoyed by how it was handled, so it would be good if they were clearer from the start. In the snorkelling part I think they need to improve the organisation. Many people come expecting to enjoy that experience, but the swim to the snorkel point is quite long and the group feels rushed because the team is trying to keep to a schedule. I think they should be more patient and organise that part of the tour better. The buffet-style food on arrival at Isla Mujeres is good, it does the job. What could improve is the waiters' service. It's understandable that it's a tourist place and tips matter, but the service should be good regardless of that

It was ok. We didn't have really any instruction which I find unusual. If it is your first time snorkeling I would maybe try a different company don't come without experience. This was my fourth time and every other time there has been instruction. The reef was beautiful. My goggles came off of my head while I was in the water. This has never happened to me before so I was pretty surprised but they just kind of slipped off. We took our kids with us and they enjoyed it. There was another group and I don't know what happened but they didn't wind up snorkeling they just waited in the boats while we went which seemed odd. Maybe they got cold feet and honestly I wouldn't blame them because the way you have to jump off the speed boat not even my thrill seeking teen was too eager to do it. The tour guide seemed pretty impatient with them honestly. The speed boat ride was fun.

Beautiful experience. At no point did I feel unsafe. You take a water taxi out to the boat that has the parasail. If there's another party already parasailing you may have a little bit of a wait. But it's a beautiful and relaxing wait. The ride can be a little discomforting on the tush while in the air, but it's well worth it. You're up for about 10 mins until they reel you in for a soft landing. I docked two star because we purchased a photo/video package that we were supposed to receive the following morning and it's been a few days now and still nothing.

Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. We booked this tour in advance and arrived about 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time (7:00 a.m.). When we arrived, they simply told us the tour had been cancelled because, according to them, they had tried to contact us. That is not true. I checked my phone and received no call and no WhatsApp message, which was precisely the channel they used to send me the booking confirmation. If they had really tried to get in touch, there would have been some record. The most frustrating part was only finding out about the cancellation when we got there, after getting up very early and planning our day around this activity. A cancellation can happen, but the least they can do is give notice in time and use the same channel through which they confirmed the booking. I would not recommend this company because of the lack of communication and the little consideration for their customers' time.

They were 30 mins late. Dirty life jackets. Older jet ski with no safety shutoff strap. We arrived 15 mins early for our scheduled booking, we were greeted by the drone photographer, waited 45 mins till they showed up. The drone photographer was great, took very professional pictures and videos.
